Is this service discrete?

All medical marijuana products are double vacuum sealed to guarantee no odour can be detected. We make sure what is inside the package cannot be felt by hand. It is then placed in a standard Canada Post Xpress post bubble envelope. Your shipment will come to your mailbox just like any other delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept interac E-Transfer. No account details are given, just an email and a Canadian bank account are required. We supply you with an email to send your payment to on your invoice, and a set password for extra security.

How do I know my order has been placed successfully?

After you have placed your order, a confirmation email will automatically be sent to you with your order details. This email will have your order reference number. Once your order has been accepted and shipped we will send you a tracking number.

I have not received a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please contact us if you have not received a confirmation email so we can make sure its not a problem with our system. You may need to check your spam and junk folders to ensure our emails have not gone directly into those mailboxes.

How long will it take my package to arrive?

All Orders will be delivered in 1-3 business days after being shipped. All orders are shipped in 24-48 hrs. Orders before Noon typically go out same day.

Does Top Drawer Canna guarantee the arrival of products?

All orders are sent by Canada Post via Express shipping with a tracking number, on-time delivery guarantee and $100 liability coverage. We will guarantee arrival of the package by evidence of tracking number or we will cover the total cost of the package. *Unless the shipping address provided was incorrect, the customer will be responsible. We have had 100% success rate with our deliveries!

How much does shipping cost?

Orders $200 and above receive free shipping to: Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta and British Columbia.
Orders below $200, have a $16.99 flat rate shipping charge.
Note: Shipping to Northern Canada may have additional charges

I paid for my order, why hasn’t my transfer been accepted?
